South County: A Little Bit of Heaven
Our Rolling Hills, lakes, parks, and downtown are only the beginning. What a truly wonderful place to call home! Conveniently commutable to the Silicon Valley, South County offers natural splendor and a flourishing arts community while still retaining that small-town feel. Wine connoisseurs enjoy exploring the many award-winning wineries along the famous south county wine trail. Miles of trails through the oak-studded hills of our state parks offer plenty of recreational opportunities for hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians. Whether its the charming downtown, the fine dining of downtown, or the farm-fresh produce of South County, there’s a little here for everyone. And then, of course, everyone knows we can easily commute to the Silicon Valley.
I owe my success to my clients…
A South County resident for over 33 years, I’ve lived in many different areas and even know the different Microclimates from San Jose to Morgan Hill to Hollister! Being intimately involved in my children’s education and careers, I am very familiar with the schools and the surrounding neighborhoods.
In my 15 years as a real estate professional, I’ve earned professional honors, none of which would be possible without my clients. As a Realtor, I have many things to consider when working with a client and I want to make it seem as though it’s actually a smooth process and help my clients through all their circumstances. By the time my clients and I are finished with a Real-estate transaction, we oftentimes become new friends.
How I work!
Buying a home brings a lot of questions as to what are your highest priorities and what neighborhoods or schools you are targeting. I find that Buying a home is more of a process of elimination than just picking out a home. I take a lot of time out to view properties on the market even without my clients so I know the inventory. Due to this, I am very likely to save my clients time and energy and show them only properties that match their criteria and what they are interested in. I will walk you through the entire process from picking out the home, comparative properties, contracts, inspections, lender choices, escrow and title, and final closing.
Sellers have different needs. Some need to sell their home quickly. Others have a little more time to deliberate. All sellers are looking for the best possible return on their investment. In each situation, I like to tailor my services to meet my clients; specific needs. That means evaluating a property’s potential, suggesting various pricing and listing strategies, preparing the home, and the seller, for marketing. I guaranteed maximum exposure of your home through the internet, multiple listing service, broker previews, print advertising, open houses, and custom brochures. I believe that my attention to detail, my negotiating skills, my clear communication, honesty and enthusiastic nature are why so many of my clients are pleased with their transactions. But real estate requires a true team effort. And I think many of my clients learn a great deal, not just about real estate, but about themselves, through our process together.
