Helping others with the vision of home and what that means for them whether selling or buying gives me the greatest satisfaction. It’s not about notoriety for me as it’s about service to my clients. In all my endeavors, my aim is to inspire positive change and maintain unwavering strength and integrity.

Having made South County her home for the past 43 years, DeVonna knows how unique and beautiful a locale South County is. When she was around 12 years old her parents started buying businesses and she participated with them in all their endeavors. Her parents Dan & Dorothy had her running around the business to business cleaning, counting money, loading vending machines, handing out promotional items, answering phone calls, and getting to know the customers, DeVonna has spent over 43 years building lifelong relationships in South County and has sold hundreds of homes from San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and Hollister Cities. DeVonna’s career started when she moved to Morgan Hill from San Jose in 1980 with her husband, newborn baby, and toddler in tote. She was a local business owner there from 1979 - 2022 and loved the small-town atmosphere. She began her Real Estate career with Coldwell Banker and quickly became of the top 10 producers in the office. She worked for Coldwell Banker for over a decade and received many achievement awards as well as being a Global Luxury qualified agent. DeVonna is a trained agent to provides excellent service to her clients. In September 2020 DeVonna announced a major milestone in her career. She is now part of a growing number of real estate agents switching to eXp Realty, an agent-owned brokerage. eXp stands out as one of the first and largest cloud-based brokerages and the company in 24 countries around the world and recently announced expansion into the United Kingdom and Australia.

I feel there is a major shift coming to the real estate industry and the traditional platforms that have been in place for decades. Just like Amazon vs Sears, Netflix vs Blockbuster, Uber vs Yellow Cab, and Airbnb vs travel agents. I want to be with the Company that provides outstanding service, education, and explosive market exposure in our ever-changing world and economy. eXp also rewards our efforts as professionals and allows Agents to grow along with the Company.
